General Class Guidelines:
* It is best to practice on an empty stomach as a full stomach can hinder the practice of postures and breathing.

* Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class and set up your mat quietly.  Take this time to do some preliminary stretches or kriyas to prepare yourself for the class.

* If you arrive a few minutes late, please wait until the asana practice begins before joining the class and rolling out your mat, or wait until the teacher assists you to your space.

* Removing the shoes before entering a room is an ancient Asian custom.  Kindly remove your shoes at the door.  We pracise yoga bare feet.

* Turn your mobile phones off or put it on mute mode.

* Inform the teacher before class if you have any injuries, recent surgeries, low back/disc problems, or any other medical conditions.

* Bring a towel or practise on a cotton rug to absorb moisture.

* Remember that yoga is not competitive, work at your own level and be sensitive to your own body.  The teacher might assist you in some postures.  Be open to it and receive the benefit of adjustments.  Inform the teacher if you are not comfortable being adjusted.

* When all things fail, simply remember to breath, focus and surrender.
